In order for Grace Harbor Counseling Ministries to maintain a vibrant, growing and effective counselor ministry, we must seek:

 

General Vision:

 

• To always be searching, experimenting and planning.
• To have the freedom to be innovative—as long as it remains true to the Scriptures.
• To be a positive influence in Christian families and local churches that may need or want to use this ministry.
• To develop a ministry that will be just as vibrant and relevant to coming generations.

 

 

Specific Vision:

 

• To provide biblically-based counseling solutions for people who are in various situational or relational difficulties.
• To provide special training seminars and/or conferences for the body of Christ in the context of the local church.
• To establish Ministry Teams of trained biblical counselors working together in their particular local church counseling and training others how to counsel.
• To see the ministry of Grace Harbor going beyond our region to local churches nationally and internationally, by means of special training seminars, individual counselor development programs, church consultation, technological communications and other viable means that may serve the body of Christ.
• To grow our local counseling and training center for church members, pastors, church staff, and other leaders, to help facilitate local church-based counseling ministries.
